Job Responsibilities:
1. E2E support AP incentive and commission process including quota deployment, sales performance measurement and payment processing
2. Link between Sales incentive and sales management, HR, Finance, payroll team
3. Quarterly readiness cycle facilitation, drive earlier quota acceptance process
4. Direct support to sales reps and quick response to sales queries
5. Implement of new sales compensation tools, process or program
6. Sales force communication and virtual training delivery to sales, sales management, sales executive and business planners
7. Communicate issues to stakeholders
8. Escalation and exceptions management
9. Provide analysis on commission, plan and incentive program effectiveness

1.端對端支持亞太激勵和傭金流程,包括銷售配額部署、銷售績效計算以及銷售傭金支付
2.作為銷售激勵與銷售管理團隊、人力資源部門、財務部門、工資管理團隊之間的聯系橋梁
3.促進季度準備周期,推動銷售配額流程進展
4.直接支持銷售代表,快速響應銷售疑問
5.及時實施新的銷售薪酬工具、流程或項目
6.為銷售團隊以及業務規劃師提供線上培訓
7.及時與利益相關方溝通發現的問題
8.支持投訴和特殊案件管理
9.提供傭金、計劃和激勵有效性分析
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in business management or equivalent
2. 3 years above of related experience in sales incentive or related process
3. Project management and quality improvement experience is preferred
4. Fluent Japanese and English communication skills
5. Skilled in Excel and PowerPoint
6. Priority management skills, flexibility, and can-do attitude
7. Ability to work under huge pressure, independently and with proactivity
8. Basic financial and business acumen, strong customer mindset
9. Data analysis skills
崗位要求:
1.工商管理學士學位或同等學歷
2.3年以上銷售激勵或相關流程相關工作經驗
3.有項目管理和質量改進經驗者優先
4.流利的日語和英語溝通能力
5.熟練使用Excel和PowerPoint
6.可以進行優先級管理,靈活應對,不畏挑戰,積極進取
7.能夠在巨大壓力下獨立工作,積極主動完成任務
8.擁有基本的財務和商業頭腦,良好的客戶服務意識
9.具備數據分析能力
