In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be/ 工作職責描述:
1. Reviews company demand and forecast, to adjust Planned Order loading plan, create and release work orders to production. Level load and prioritize production output and meet customer project schedules.
評估公司的需求和預測,及時調整計劃,創建并下發工單。制定均衡的生產計劃,滿足內部客戶的交付需求
2. Reviews material and production resource constraints and work closely with Supply Chain & Operations teams pursuit
resource availability to support production build plans.
與供應鏈和生產部門評估原材料和產能瓶頸,確保資源可用性,從而支持生產計劃的實施
3. Manages Interco orders and lead-time enquiries and adjust production priorities and reschedules.
管理內部訂單和交貨周期的查詢,調整生產優先
4. Join in daily cross-functional order fulfilment meetings to align build plans
參加多部門的生產日會,協調生產計劃
5. Release internal requisition for primary product
為內部客戶下發半成品訂單
6. Executes key organization process improvement plans through Perfect Execution activities and fulfill operations measures.
支持組織流程的改進,推動業務流程不斷優化
7. Supports digital transformation, revolutionary changes to existing process to keep pace with productivity gains expectations.
支持數字化轉型,對現有流程進行數字化及自動化優化,實現業務持續改進的目標
8. Complies with Company’s safety & sustainability policies and procedures on daily work.

In This Role,You Will Need/ 任職要求:
1. Bachelor degree or above / 本科及以上學歷
2. At least 3 years relevant experience / 3年以上相關工作經驗
3. Good communication and coordination skills / 良好的溝通及協作能力
4. Good team work / 善于團隊合作
5. Skilled on using Office software / 熟練使用MS辦公軟件
最佳匹配的任職要求:
1. Familiarity of master planning work and production planning is preferable / 生產計劃相關經驗優先
2. Experience with Oracle MRP, Microsoft Power BI/熟練使用Oracle MRP, Power BI優先
3. Good English communication skills is plus /良好的英語溝通能力優先
