本職位為儀表類產品機械設計工程師。該職位主要任務是主導或者支持新產品的設計工作，以及現有產品的設計改進。同時與其他部門合作，對現有業務和生產提供技術支持。 In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: 崗位職責 1. Lead mechanical design related work on new product development and product improvement projects. 在新產品研發及產品改進項目上，負責機械設計相關的工作。 2. Work out design verification test plan, conduct tests and analyze the test results for new design project and study. 為新產品及研究項目，制定測試計劃，實施測試方案，并分析測試結果。 3. Support project manager to work out project plan and complete deliverables on schedule according to Emerson New Product Development process. 按照艾默生新產品研發流程，協助項目經理制定項目計劃，并按計劃交付結果。 4. Work with other functional departments and provide technical support to improve product quality and cost. 與其他部門合作，提供技術，提高產品質量，優化成本。 5. Support global projects, and effectively communicate with global engineering team. 支持全球項目，建立和保持與全球工程師團隊有效溝通。 6. Maintains awareness of state-of-the-art technologies, evaluates and implements new technologies into product designs. 保持對新技術新材料的敏感性，評估新技術并將其應用到產品設計中。 7. Participate Energy-saving and technology improvements. 參與節能技改項目。 To meet this role request, You Will Need: 任職要求 1. Bachelor degree or above in mechanical or equivalent 本科及以上學歷，機械或相關專業 2. Relevant mechanical design experience is preferred 產品結構開發相關經驗優先 3. Skilled on 3D CAD software, PTC Creo is preferred 熟練掌握一款工程3D制圖軟件，PTC Creo優先 4.
