Job Description
What your day-to-day will look like:
  • Support the Client to shape their space and to gather insights on future space considerations
  • Support workplace strategy and change management programs
  • Guide clients on workplace design, policy, and behavior transformation
  • Compile findings into impactful reports and presentations
  • Developing Excel-based tools to manage workspaces and provide workplace data
  • Creating and distributing a tailored survey to present current workplace experience data
  • Preparing Client-facing documentation, including Excel reports and PowerPoint presentations with analyses summary, key findings and recommendations
Required Skills and Experience:
  • Experience and knowledge in delivering consultancy service in workplace strategy and change management is preferred
  • Marketing or branding experience preferred
  • Strong analytical, visualization and presentation skills
  • Strong graphics skills with the use of InDesign/ Photoshop/ Illustrator/ PowerPoint
  • Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
