Responsibilities Facilitate the application and assesment processes to ensure families have a clear understanding of requirements and an ability to complete steps in an easy and efficient way ? Responsible for the testing of all new applicants and processing of incoming application with providing ease of process. Looking through applications to ensure academic and fit to DCB. ? Provide quality customer experience to prospective new families : Create correspondence for applicants and track responses, including arranging of testing and interviews for applicants, liasing with internal staff as well as prospective parents, communicating with prospects/applicants parents to help them understand age discrepancy, waiting list management process, IGCSE/IB options and other Dulwich school’s tests whose applicants are in Beijing. ? Manage the data flow for internal admissions processes to ensure all relevant stakeholders have pertinent information to make the admissions decision (eg: student information for assessments, in-class observations, interview schedules etc) Manage the annual re-enrolment exercise as well as handle withdrawal and refund cases. ? Send out the re-enrolment and withdrawals notifications during specific time of the year. ? Collect the withdrawal application and follow up with the necessary documents/information needed. ? Handle parents’ enquiries regarding withdrawal and refunds. ? Check the leavers checklists and pass to Finance for refund. ? Update the Master List for Junior School and Senior School deducting the withdrawals for class allocation etc. ? Maintain and update the leavers’ files. Make sure they are stored and archived properly. First point of contact for digital enquiries received via website and Admissions mailbox. ? Provide quality and timely replies to email enquiries received in the Admissions mailbox. Specific tasks include checking and managing Admissions team email ID, allocating new enquiries to each team members, forwarding the emails to other relevant departments within the School, as well as following up on some enquiries. Convert best fit families & build school communities ? Greet prospective applicants and provide school tours and information. ? Maximise the conversion of enquirers to applicants to new starters. Provide reporting support to AMC as well as ad-hoc SIMS reports from other departments in the school. ? Provide reporting support to AMC and other departments in the school including feeder schools, nationality, leavers reports, etc as and when needed. And any other job or function given to you by the Head of Admissions and Admissions and Market Insights Manager. Skills and Experience Required ? 2-3 years related working experiences ? Ability to build relationships with other team members and support the team ? Ability to express her/his view on related work openly ? College degree required, Bachelor’s degree preferred ? Strong customer service focus ? Good attitude to work, sense of initiative and strong responsibilityGood computer skills-including Microsoft Word, Excel, SIMS and email ? Ability to handle multiple task simultaneously ? Language ability-fluent English and Mandarin is essential. Since then the College has grown and now has over 1300 students on roll ranging in age from 12 months to 18 years.We are a British International school offering a curriculum based upon the English National Curriculum up to Year 9, IGCSE courses for students in Years 10 and 11, and the International Baccalaureate Diploma for our senior students in Years 12 and 13. Our curriculum is suitably adapted to reflect the needs of students in an international school and extends well beyond the formal classroom with a strong emphasis on the development of the individual.
