工作職責： 1. 在供應商現場負責對零部件制作過程中的檢查，并及時糾正供應商過程中出現的問題（焊接件+機加工件+鑄件等）； Responsible for the inspection of parts manufacturing process at the supplier's site and timely correct problem in the supplier process, including welding, machining and casting parts. 2. 根據過程檢查過程中存在的問題，找出根本原因，并制定相應的控制計劃，提高過程的控制能力，減少問題的發生； According to the problems existing in the process of process inspection, find out the root cause, and formulate the corresponding control plan to improve the process control ability and reduce the occurrence of problems. 3. 對成套設備的終期檢查(包括尺寸、油漆以及功能測試)并完成最終檢查及測試報告； Complete the final inspection (including dimension, painting, function test)and provide the final inspection report. 4. 收集相關的質量文件及質量報告； Collect relevant quality documents and quality reports. 5. 處理客戶投訴，與供應商分析得出解決措施，并幫助供應商進行根本原因的分析。 Deal with customer complaints, analyze the solutions and help suppliers to carry out the root cause analysis. 6. 與質量管理和項目經理一起確定產品所需的質量要求/準則； Determine with Quality Management and Project Manager the quality requirements/criteria for product acceptance. 7. 負責車間質量控制工作，包含進料檢驗，中間檢驗和最終檢驗； Handle quality control in workshop include incoming inspection, intermediate and final inspection. 8. 根據既定的質量控制過程執行供應商工廠的過程中/最終檢測； Perform in-process / final inspection of supplier workshops as per defined qualitycontrol procedures. 9. 對產品質量問題進行診斷并做好故障檢測，監督不合格產品/零件/過程； Diagnose and troubleshoot product quality problems; supervise the non-conforming products/components/processes. 10. 與質量經理一起做好預防/矯正的管理從而防范不合格產品的出現； Manage preventive/corrective action together with Quality Manager, initiate corrective actions to prevent product non-conformance. 11. 建立質量相關的數據庫，做好內部監控和檢查的數據登記； Create data base to document quality issues and register inspection data for internal monitoring. 12. 例行的現場質量控制檢查； Perform routine On-Site Quality Control Visits. 13. 跟進項目進度，評估項目進度中質量控制的影響； Follow-up on the project schedule and evaluate the impact of the quality control on the project schedule 14. 做好每個供應商歸檔程序；CreateFiling Procedure for each Supplier. 崗位要求： 1. Bachelor Engineering Degree with good foundation in mechanics; 工程學士學位及以上 2. 2-3 years' extensive experience in quality inspection in the field of heavy industry 2-3年重工業領域質量檢驗經驗 3. Solid working experience in foreign enterprise 外企工作經驗 4. Good English and Chinese (written and oral) 良好的中英文聽說讀寫能力 5.
