Job Description 崗位職責： 1·Responsible for NDT inspectors training and qualification management. 負責NDT檢驗人員的培訓及資格認證管理。 2.Responsible for ND specification identification, review and implementation. 負責NDT規范的識別、評審以及貫徹實施。 3. Responsible for development and review of procedure, work instruction and related process documents, make sure its compliance to applicable standards and customer specifications. 負責NDT 程序文件、作業指導書及相關工藝文件編制和審核, 確保符合相關標準及客戶規范。 4. Responsible for NDT process Nadcap audit, customer audit and make sure the NDT process is conformable. 負責NDT過程Nadcap審核、客戶審核，確保NDT工藝符合性。 5. Responsible for establishing and maintaining NDT Quality Management System. 負責建立和維護NDT管理體系。 6. Responsible for NDT project management, including equipment, personnel qualification, inspection procedures, reports conformity confirmation. 負責NDT項目的管理，包括設備、人員資格、檢驗程序、報告等符合性確認。 7. Responsible for NDT process Nadcap audit，customer audit and make sure the NDT process is conformable. 負責NDT過程Nadcap審核、客戶審核，確保NDT工藝符合性。 8.Monitor and improving the workshop NDT process and responsible for NDT problem analysis, problem solving, working with QA to analysis the critical failure and provide guidance on corrective actions. 監督和提高車間NDT檢驗過程能力，負責無損檢測問題的分析和解決, 與QA一起分析關鍵失效并提供糾正措施的指導。 9.Continuous improving NDT processes to support capability set up and capacity increase. 持續改進無損檢測工藝，以支持能力建設和產能增加。 10.Work closely with other departments, complete other tasks arranged by the superiors. 與公司其他部門密切配合，完成上級領導安排的其它工作任務。 Qualifications 任職要求： 1.College degree or above, majoring in metal materials, mechanical engineering, NDT and welding are preferred. 大專及以上學歷，金屬材料、機械工程、無損檢測、焊接專業優先。 2.At least 5 years working experience related to NDT Engineer, especially for X-ray, FPI. 至少5年無損檢測工程師相關工作經驗，特別是射線檢測、熒光檢測等。 3.Certifications according to NAS 410/ EN 4179, level 3 preferred RT, FPI. 取得NAS410 or EN4179認證，具備射線檢測、熒光檢測三級認證為佳。 4.A good understanding of ASTM E1742, ASTM E1417 specifications. 熟悉ASTM E1742,ASTM E1417 相關無損檢驗標準。 5.Understanding of AS9100 QMS and experience with Nadcap audit. 熟悉AS9100質量管理體系,有豐富的航空Nadcap審核經驗。 6.Good oral and written English, fast learning ability, good teamwork spirit. 優秀的英語聽說讀寫能力,學習能力強，良好的團隊合作精神。 7.Good communication and coordination skills. 良好的溝通、協調能力。 8.Good sense of professional ethics, responsibility, work careful, steady, steadfast, patience, enthusiasm. 良好的職業道德意識，責任心強，做事細心，穩重，踏實，有耐心，有熱情。
