1.根據質量體系要求及顧客詳細要求建立和健全質量體系管理。 Establish and improve quality system management based on the quality system requirements and customer specific requirements. 2.對質量體系管理的符合性及有效性進行定期評審，逐漸改進及完善。 Regularly review the compliance and effectiveness of quality system management, gradually improve and perfect it. 3.在公司內部的各個層次進行有效的溝通，尋求其他部門的反饋和參與，以達到質量體系管理的逐漸完善，以及客戶和內部管理目標的達成。 Conduct effective communication at all levels within the company, seek feedback and participation from other departments, in order to gradually improve the quality system management and achieve customer and internal management goals. 4.組織并確保按計劃完成質量體系審核、過程審核、產品審核及其它相關的審核。 Organize and ensure the completion of quality system audits, process audits, product audits, and other related audits as planned. 5.對相關審核發現的問題組織制定有效的措施，并對措施的有效性進行驗證。 Take effective actions for the finding from relevant audits, and verify their effectiveness. 6.完成部門領導交與的其它工作及任務。 Complete other jobs and tasks assigned by department manager.

資質要求 Qualification

1.持有IATF16949 or ISO9001 Internal auditor， IATF 16949 或ISO9001 內審員資質VDA6.3, VDA6.5 internal auditor， VDA6.3, VDA6.5 內審員資質； 2.優秀的英文聽說讀寫能力，電腦操作能力，尤其是office軟件處理能力；Good at English and computer operating skills , especially office software； 3.5年以上質量工作經驗， 2年以上質量體系工作經驗， 有高溫學和探傷工作經歷者優先。At least 5 years working experience in quality, at least 2 years working experience in quality system, experience in pyrology and flaw detection is preferred.
