任務和責任Tasks and Responsibilities :
1.建立并跟蹤訂單評審程序,改進自身工作質量以支持產品質量;Establish and follow the order evaluation procedure; improve the work quality of one self to contribute in product quality.
2.與客戶建立良好的關系,理解客戶需求,其現狀和未來發展;Establish good relationship with customers, understand the needs of the customers. Understand their current situation and long term development.
3.搜集分析客戶和競爭者在價格,質量,成本方面的信息;Collect and analyze the relevant information about customers and competitors in price, quality, cost.
4.理解公司產品在價格,成本,品牌,質量方面的強項和弱項;Understand the strength and weakness of FD’s product in the market in price, cost, brand, quality;
5.確認戰略客戶和普通客戶。Identify the strategic customers and the normal customers.
6.與客戶協商價格Negotiate the price with the customer.
7.分析銷售結果,跟蹤訂單,制訂月銷售報告,制定未來銷售方案;Analyze the sales result,follow order intake, prepare monthly report, and make sales proposal for the future.
8.按照客戶,項目,價格做好記錄;Take records by customer, item, price.
9.提供優良的售后服務,跟蹤產品使用情況,向公司質量和運營人員反饋信息,跟蹤改進情況;Provide good post-sales services to follow up the performance of the products, feedback information to quality and operation personnel, follow up the further improvements.
10.管理報價,回復客戶請求;/Manage the offer and answer to REQ.
11.嚴格執行環保健康安全規定,并說服客戶遵守,從客戶處搜集產品安全信息,反饋給環保健康安全部門并跟蹤。Strictly follow the EHS procedures and also convince the visiting customer/potential customer to follow it. Collect product safety information from the customers and feedback to EHS and follow up.
資質要求 Qualifications
1.本科學歷,機械,材料,金屬工藝或其他相關專業Bachelor or above, machinery/material/metal processing or other related majors
2.5年以上銷售經驗More than 5 years’ sales experience
3.英語流利 Fluent English
