職位描述
崗位職責:
1. 負責國內外客戶檢驗需求的對接與流程協調,確保檢驗訂單順利完成
2. 協調內部技術團隊、實驗室及外部客戶,跟蹤檢驗進度
3. 維護客戶關系,解答國內外客戶的疑問
4. 檢驗報告及發票的出具
5. 完成主管上級交辦的其他工作任務。
職位要求:
1. 本科及以上學歷,
2. 有貿易跟單,檢測機構、認證行業或客戶協調相關實習經驗優先
3. 理工科背景兼具物流、國際貿易及商務英語等相關專業背景優先;
4. 英文六級或以上優先,英語讀寫能力強,擅長商務英語商務郵件
具備優秀的溝通協調能力與客戶服務意識;
5. 品行端正、工作態度積極主動,責任心強、良好的抗壓能力及團隊協作精神 能熟練使用辦公軟件,如Word、excel;
Job description
1. Coordination client about inspection inquiry
2. liaison with the domestic/ foreign customers to ensure the inspection appointments performed smoothly;
3. Coordinate internally with technical team, laboratories and external with customers, tracking inspection progress;
4. Maintain the relationship with customers, answer questions
inspection reports and invoices issuance;
5. Other tasks assigned by Supervisors/ or line managers.
Job requirements:
1. Full-time Bachelor's degree or above
2. CET-6 or above is preferred, good English skills in reading/ writing English, good at business English business email
3. Internship experience in inspection and testing, trading assistant or customer coordination is preferred
4. science/engineering, logistics, international trade, and business English background are preferred
5. Good at communication and coordination skills and customer service awareness.
6. proactive work attitude, a strong sense of responsibility, good stress resistance, and teamwork spirit
7. Good at Office software :Word, Excel ;
