崗位職責： - Develop and maintain company policies, procedures, and guidelines related to health, safety, and environmental management. - Stay current with local health, safety, and environmental regulations, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. - Identify potential hazards, assess risks, and implement control measures to mitigate risks. - Develop and deliver training programs on health, safety, and environmental best practices. - Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses, implementing corrective and preventive actions. - Develop and maintain emergency response plans and conduct drills to ensure preparedness. - Monitor environmental impact, track emissions, and implement strategies for reducing the organization's environmental footprint. - Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify areas of improvement and ensure compliance. - Promote a strong safety culture within the organization. - Generate reports on HSE performance, incidents, and compliance. - Manage the HSE department budget, allocate resources effectively, and control costs. 崗位要求： - Proven experience in health, safety, and environmental management, with a track record of successful program implementation. - Strong knowledge of local HSE regulations. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage employees at all levels. - Analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess risks and develop effective mitigation strategies. - Leadership skills to drive change and create a culture of safety and environmental responsibility. - Project management skills to oversee HSE initiatives and programs. - Past work experience covering workshop/factory/laboratory HSE management. - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as occupational health and safety, environmental science, or a related discipline. - May require travelling for training courses and various site management within Tianjin.
