1. Evaluate customer quality and test requirement, make out quality and test standard.評估客戶品質和測試要求，制定品質和測試標準； 2. Lead and conduct products quality requirement in product developing phase, trial run and mass production;在產品開發/試產/大貨生產階段，指導和實施產品品質要求； 3.Lead project CP analysis, evaluate the process CPK and conduct MSA analysis to meet customer requirement and conduct MSA analysis to meet customer requirement.主導項目CP的分析，評估制程CPK并指導MSA分析來達到客戶要求； 4.Guide lab to perform testing correctly, review the test report and send to customer;指導實驗室正確測試，檢查并發送測試報告； 5.Deal with customer complaint. 處理客戶投訴； 6.Deal with the difficult issues with the relevant departments,customers and suppliers;配合相關部門，客戶和供應商處理復雜問題； 7.Lead and drive manufacture quality improved with the relevant departments.與相關部門一起領導和推動生產品質的提高。 Qualification Required任職要求： 1. At least 5 years experience on quality engineering; 至少5年品質工程經驗； 2.Familiar with plastic,leather and fabric product,metal product and sundries; 熟悉塑膠、皮料、布料、五金等產品； 3.Good team communications skills; 良好的溝通能力； 4.Familiar with RoHS directives, REACH and Prop65; 熟悉RoHS指令，REACH和加州65要求； 5.Bachelor degree in machnical,electronic,textile,ploymer material and engineering; 機械、電子、紡織、高分子材料和工程相關專業； 6.CET class 4 or above, fluent written and oral English; 英語四級以上，聽說讀寫流利。
