Responsible for making out annual quality system work plan according to quality system requirements, organize all departments to carry out quality system activities, monitor the implementation of the plan, and finish the progress report every month. 負責依據質量管理體系要求，制定年度質量管理體系工作計劃，組織各部門開展質量體系活動，并監控計劃實施情況，每月完成進度報告。 3. Responsible for guiding each department to establish and improve quality system documents, and organize each department to complete quality system document training. 負責指導各部門建立和完善質量體系流程文件，組織各部門進行質量體系文件培訓。 4. Responsible for making out the annual quality system process audit plan, carry out the audit according to the plan, and complete the audit report. 負責編制質量體系年度過程審核計劃，并按照計劃實施審核，完成審核報告。 5. Responsible for assisting the organization to carry out the internal audit, management review and external audit according to the company's quality system requirements, prepare the internal audit, management review and external audit report, and tracking the completion of non-conforming finding items. 負責根據公司對體系工作的要求，協助組織開展公司質量體系的內審，管理評審及外部審核，完成內審、管理評審及外部審核報告，并跟蹤完成不符合項整改。 6. Responsible for organizing and carrying out product audit and layer audit, including design, implementation, monitoring and operation of audit plan, finding improvement projects through the audit, and providing improvement information to the management team timely, so as to ensure that the company management team can allocate resources timely and effectively, solve problems as soon as possible, and optimize internal management. 負責組織開展產品審核及分層審核，包括審核方案的設計，實施，監控運行，通過審核的開展發現改進項目，并及時提供給管理層改進信息，從而確保公司管理層能及時有效配置資源，盡早解決問題，優化內部管理。 7. Assist quality manager, according to the gauge calibration plan, contact the third party for calibration. 協助質量經理，根據量具的校驗計劃，聯系第三方進行校驗。 8. Assist quality manager to analyze and improve quality problems, and track important quality issues for loop management 協助質量經理，對質量問題進行分析并改進，并對重要質量問題進行跟蹤閉環管理 9. Other work arranged by the leader. 領導安排的其他工作。 Qualification Requirements 任職要求 1、 Bachelor degree or above, mechanical major is preferred本科及以上學歷，機械類專業優先考慮 2、 3 years of ISO9001 quality system experience, IATF16949 experience is preferred, and have establishing quality system experience from zero is preferred 3年以上ISO9001質量體系工作經驗，有IATF16949質量體系工作經驗者優先考慮，有質量體系從零開始建立的工作經驗者優先考慮 3、 Proficient in word, excel, PPT, ERP and other software, strong writing document ability 熟練操作word, excel, PPT, ERP等軟件，較強的文件編寫能力 4、 Strong responsibility, excellent communication, organization and coordination skills, good at teamwork and communication, and strong work ability under pressure 具有較強的責任心，優秀的溝通、組織、協調能力，善于團隊合作及溝通，較強的工作承壓能力 5、 了解PPAP,PFMEA,MSA,SPC,8D等質量工具，具備基本質量問題的分析及解決的能力 Understand PPAP, PFMEA, MSA, SPC, 8D and other quality tools, and ability to analyze and solve basic quality problems 6、 能讀寫基本的英文郵件及英文資料者優先考慮 Ability to read and write basic English emails and documents is preferred
