工作地點：居家辦公，base青島 目標: Purpose: 在多式聯運鐵路運輸服務的日常運營卓越領導，重點是確保順利運營，包括適當的文件，并最大限度地強調這一不斷擴大的產品線的安全方面。 Lead excellence in the day-to-day operations of intermodal rail transportation services focusing on ensuring smooth operations, including proper documentation, with utmost emphasis on safety aspects of this expanding product line. 你的職責將包括積極監控貨物，與不同模式的多家運輸運營商保持聯系，同時帶領內部努力實現我們的生產力目標。 Your role will involve active monitoring of cargo, liaise with multiple transport operators of various modes while spearheading the internal efforts to achieve our productivity objectives. 崗位職責: Accountabilities: 一、服務交付和客戶服務 Service Delivery & Customer Service l 在最少監督的情況下，積極有效地協調物流運作。 Coordinate logistics operations efficiently and proactively with minimum supervision. l 跟蹤、追蹤并加快發貨，對其及時交貨負責。 Track, trace, and expedite shipments, being accountable for their timely delivery. l 主動發現潛在的運輸和運輸挑戰，并及時解決。 Proactively identify potential transportation and shipping challenges in shipments and resolve them promptly. l 準備和審核進出口文件，如海關報關單、托運書、托運人出口報關單、進口證書等，確保商業和銷售發票符合規定和準確。 Prepare and review import/export documents such as customs declarations, shippers' letters of instruction, shipper's export declarations, import certificates, etc., ensuring compliance with regulations and accuracy in commercial and sales invoices. l 確保按照客戶和組織的目標實現和維持服務承諾。 Ensure service commitments are achieved and maintained in accordance with customer and organizational objectives. l 與不同的運輸運營商溝通，解決運輸問題，包括安全問題，確保及時交貨。 Communicate with different transport operators to address shipment issues including safety and ensure timely delivery. l 以專業的方式及時回應客戶的詢問，并超越客戶的期望。 Respond to customer inquiries promptly in a professional way and exceed customer expectations. l 根據要求履行其他與工作相關的職責和職能。 Perform other job-related duties and functions as required. 二、卓越運營 Operation Excellence l 制定、實施、報告和跟蹤卓越運營措施，如內部指標/KPIs，記錄異常，工作計劃，職責 Develop, implement, report and track operation excellence measures such as internal metrics/KPIs, logging exceptions, work schedules, responsibility l 確保遵守既定的業務流程，并支持新流程的開發。 Ensure adherence to established business processes and support the development of new processes. l 識別需要改進的領域并實施流程改進項目，以提高服務水平并降低成本，重點關注對當地的影響。 Identify areas for improvement and implement process improvement projects to enhance service level performance and reduce costs, focusing on local impact. l 確保符合質量和安全標準，并在過程控制報告中報告每周狀態。 Ensure compliance with quality & safety standards and report weekly status on process control reports. l 維護庫存、人工報告、報價模塊等的記錄系統。 Maintain record-keeping systems for inventory, labor reporting, quoting modules, etc. l 維護物流數據庫，確保數據準確符合公司政策。 Maintain logistics databases and ensure data accuracy in accordance with corporate policies. 三、供應商管理 Vendor Management l 尋找潛在的供應商/供應商/運輸運營商并向KPMC產品團隊推薦，使我們在中國的供應商網絡多樣化 Source and recommend potential vendors/suppliers/transport operators to KPMC’s Product Team to diversify our network of suppliers across China l 引入新的供應商，協調供應商關系 Onboard new vendors/suppliers and coordinate vendor relationships l 與產品團隊一起對供應商表現和安全記錄進行全面審查 Conduct comprehensive reviews with Product Team on vendor/supplier performance and safety records 先決條件: Prerequisites: l 物流、供應鏈、國際商務等相關專業。 Logistics, Supply Chain, International Commerce, or related field. l 在貨運代理/鐵路物流/多式聯運物流方面至少3 - 5年的經驗，特別是在操作和文書方面 At least 3 – 5 years of proven experience in freight forwarding / railway logistics / intermodal logistics, with a specialization in operations and documentation l 在貨運代理/鐵路物流/多式聯運物流領域有豐富的網絡和市場知識。 Strong network and market knowledge in the freight forwarding / railway logistics / intermodal logistics sector. l 注重細節，精通國際貿易術語解釋通則，裝運單據，提單，信用證等 Strong attention to detail and well-versed in INCOTERMs conditions, shipping documents, Bill of Lading, Letter of Credits etc l 積極主動，態度積極，結果導向型。 Effective team player with a proactive, positive attitude and result-oriented personality. l 熟悉MS Office辦公軟件，Word, PowerPoint, Excel，MS Teams等。 Conversant with MS Office software, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, MS Teams, etc. l 優秀的書面和口頭溝通和表達能力。 Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills. l 熟練掌握英語和普通話的書面和口語。 Well-versed in English and Mandarin, both written & spoken. l 哈薩克語/俄語優先考慮。 Kazakh/Russian is a plus.
