Responsibilities:
? Assist in the operation of the official social media platforms for "USC Graduate" (including but not limited to WeChat, Douyin, Xiaohongshu, Bilibili, and Weibo), ensuring timely, relevant, and engaging content delivery.
? Assist in designing posters, flyers for events, and drafting newsletters.
? Manage the USC graduate student community.
? Support admissions efforts and participate in marketing activities.
? Familiarity with basic data analysis processes.
? Prepare and update content and reports to track campaign progress and success rates.
? Conduct industry and employer research.
? Complete other assigned or required tasks.
Requirements:
? Bachelor's or master's degree in any major (background in communications, marketing, or related fields, or equivalent qualifications preferred).
? Fluency in both English and Mandarin (spoken and written).
? Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
? Strong communication and organizational skills, attention to detail, patience, and a sense of responsibility.
? Familiarity with emerging platforms, digital media, and web/social media management and analytics tools.
? Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint); experience with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
