崗位職責:
1.Set up rules and regulations of EHS for all staff to follow and regularly monitor the employees’ activity to make sure the all employee behaviors and documents are in line with the EHS discipline;
建立EHS規章制度,定期進行檢查確保所有員工的行為符合EHS要求;
2.Timely report the safety accidents to top management/ HR and government and call meetings to do root cause to find out solution to avoid repeated happening;
發生事故時及時向高層/HR或政府報告,調查事故發生的根本原因并采取措施避免再次發生;
3.Deploy and implement EHS related policies and action plans from headquarters and / or government;
實施總部或政府的相關政策或要求;
4.Give enough training to all staff in EHS operation and updates;
向所有員工提供足夠的EHS培訓;
5.Draft Safety WI to make sure safety work inside of plant;
制作安全作業指導書以確保工廠的安全生產;
6.Manage guard team for daily safety work;
對保安進行日常安保管理工作;
7.Manage plant building acceptance and EIA job;
負責工廠三同時和驗收工作;
8.Manage plant PPE and supervision HIRA jobs;
管理工廠個人防護用品,進行危險源辨識與風險評價;
9.Together with maintenance team manage special equipment and related operators include, equipment register, certificate of operators, etc.;
協同維修部門管理特種設備及其操作人員,如特種設備注冊登記、年檢,特種設備操作人員證件獲取及更新;
10.Testing the occupational hazard factors, exhausted gas and water, and firefighting facilities;
職業病危害因素檢測,廢水廢氣檢測及消防設施年度檢測;
11.Manage the waste;
廢棄物管理;
12.Other tasks from plant manager.

任職要求:
1.Bachelor degree or above;
本科以上學歷;
2.3 years’ experience in related field;
三年以上相關工作經驗;
3.Knowledge of local & state EHS legislation;
熟悉當地和國家相關EHS 法規;
4.Strong verbal and written English communication skills; Good knowledge of PC, Microsoft Office, etc..
良好的英語溝通技巧及電腦操作技能。
