IATF16949內審員電子/半導體/集成電路汽車研發/制造
Main Responsibilities and Key tasks:
1.Build up QMS according to company strategy;
2.Build up quality system for production control, engineering control, material control and customer quality control according to ISO/IATF;
3.Lead team to build up document control system and the goal is paperless;
4.Set up quality standard based on AEC criteria and hence qualification procedure for product and materials;
5.Lead IQC/IPQC/OQC/CQE team to ensure line quality to reduce the non-conforming products;
6.Setup progress for periodic internal audit;
7.Responsible to pass customers’ audit and response to all questionnaires on time;
8.Taking leadership for all customers’ complaint and make sure corrective actions implemented.
Job Requirements :
1.Bachelor's degree or above in Electronic engineering, Material science, Physics, or related;
2.At least 8 years’ working experience in semiconductors assembly engineering with at least 3 years’ management position;
3.Familiar with IATF16949 and VDA system. Good practice in all QC tool;
4.Outstanding management skills including time management, execution, communications, priorities arrangement, problem resolution, decision making, presentation, human relations, and organization;
5.Ability to succeed in a fast paced and pressured environment;
6.Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
