Responsibilities:
工作職責
- Mechanic design and development of the loudspeaker products according to product specifications within the timeframe of the program planning
在項目計劃時間內,根據產品規格進行揚聲器產品的結構設計和開發
- Work with the New Product Development team to do design review. Responsible for design review and optimization, analyze prototype, comments tooling DFM and mold-flow
與新產品開發團隊一起進行設計評審。負責設計評審和優化,分析原型,評價模具DFM和模流分析
- Solve the assembly and mechanic problems of the products during mockup stage, optimize the mechanic design
解決產品手板的組裝及結構問題,優化結構設計
- Responsible for the in-time delivery of the required documentation of mechanical during development & report mechanic development results and outputs to the program
負責在開發過程中及時交付所需的結構文檔,并向項目匯報結構設計的開發結果和輸出
- Verify and approve mechanical parts, participate tooling trial, prepare issues report and recommendation. Special process or difficult parts risk evaluation and control

- Monitor product build & prepare technical analysis report for mechanical & assembly issues, recommend solution, and verify improvement result

- Interact and communicate effectively with acoustic engineers and global program team members when designing the mechanical aspects of audio & loudspeakers products

- Interfacing with external suppliers professionally on technical issues to create a pro-active involvement of the suppliers, guide suppliers in the right directions of problem solving

- Training External suppliers’ ME engineer or QC and provide correct guidance on DVT testing set up as well as DVT test procedures

- Ensuring all mechanic validation tests and procedures meet company and industry standards

Requirements:
能力要求
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering (degree is not a must but preferred)
結構工程專業本科以上學歷( 學位非必要要求,但有學位者會優先考慮)
- Previous work experience as a Mechanical Engineer or equivalent in the audio speaker industry for at least 5 years, highly experienced of mechanical design, plastics mold design or molding process
在音頻揚聲器行業有至少 5年的結構工程師或同等工作職位的行業經驗, 具有豐富的結構設計、塑料模具設計或成型工藝經驗
Familiar with engineering material, such as plastics, metal, rubber, and foam. Good at tooling and process of plastics injection, die-casting, stamping. Skilled with surface treatment, such as painting, plating, print, electrophoresis, laser etching etc
熟悉相關工程材料,如塑料,金屬,橡膠和泡沫。 熟悉了解注塑、壓鑄、沖壓模具及工藝,且對表面處理,如噴漆、電鍍、印刷、電泳、激光刻蝕等擁有豐富的經驗
Must have knowledge in DFMEA, GD&T and Tolerance Stack-Up Analysis. Knowledge in SQE will be added advantage. Have good analytical skills on product and hands on at solving technical problem with Quality Tools. Hands on part approval process.
必須具備產品設計失效模式及后果分析, 幾何尺寸與公差和公差疊加分析的知識。具備供應商品質工程管理知識者優先。具備良好的產品分析能力,并能運用質量工具解決技術問題。熟悉零件審批流程。
- Extensive experience working on engineering or new product development programs. Ability to make decisions in high-stress situations
具有豐富的工程項目或新產品開發項目經驗。能夠保持在高壓力下做出正確決定
- Ability to read, write and understand mechanical & acoustical related English for work communication. Good documentation and organization skills.
- 能夠閱讀,書寫及理解結構及聲學相關的英語,用英文做日常工作溝通, 擁有良好的文檔和組織能力
- Proficient in AutoCAD Pro/E (Creo), Solidwork, skill of Mold-flow and mechanical analysis software will be a plus.
精練使用AutoCAD Pro/E (Creo), Solidwork 等繪圖軟件, 能夠熟練使用模流分析軟件將作為加分項
- Has knowledge about acoustic testing tools such Klippel R+D, Klippel QC, Sound Check, CLIO, MLSA, LMS etc is a plus
了解Klippel R+D, Klippel QC, Sound Check, CLIO, MLSA, LMS等聲學測試設備將會作為加分項
