Job responsibilities: 1. Coordination between Sales and Technical Product Development teams. 2. Managing new products development pipeline and tracking new products development projects. 3. Developing mid- and long-term product strategies. 4. General product category management: a) Product Lifecycle Management - understanding at what stage of life is a certain product category: i. Introduction / ii. Growth / iii. Maturity / iv. Decline/End of life. b) Identification the direction for a category - what is missing in our product portfolio. c) Complexity and costs reductions strategy - which products/product lines/SKUs do we need to phase out. e) Product life cycle extension strategies. 5. Product market insights: a) Market and competitors’ pricing review. b) Regular competitors review and reporting Requirements: 1.5+ years of relevant work experience and a proven track record in product/category/program/project management. 2.Excellent English and Chinese verbal and written communication skills. 3.High integrity, business ethics and attention to details mindset. 4.Experience/ability to work effectively in global cross-functional teams.
