Tasks工作職責
1. Develop the channels (DI/PSB/PB/Distributor) to sale the MV circuit breakers to real estate, public infrastructure and industries.
負責區域內面向房地產,用戶工程和工業行業的渠道(包括設計院/供電局/盤柜廠/經銷商)的開拓和銷售管理。
2. Develop sales strategy in the responsible areas, and implement the sales plan to accomplish the sales targets.
制定負責區域的銷售市場策略,有效實施銷售計劃以完成公司銷售目標。
3. Effectively manage the customers to maintain the strategic cooperation partnership.
有效管理客戶客戶,維持良好的合作關系;
4. Cooperate with marketing function to gather marketing information, and product marketing promotions.
協助市場部收集市場信息,和策劃實施產品推廣活動。
Requirements職位要求
1. Junior college or above, Engineering background, Power electricity and automation is preferred
大?;蛞陨蠈W歷,理工科背景,電力或自動化專業優先
2. At least 3 years working experience on medium voltage product sales position or distributor management
三年以上中壓元器件銷售或分銷商管理經驗
3. Good communication skill, proactive, and initiative
良好的溝通能力, 主動、積極
4. Good team work and self-management skill
良好的團隊合作精神及自我管理能力
5. Strong self-realization expectation, enjoy challenge work
