產品設計與開發
崗位職責:
?根據公司產品研發流程、設計工具和技術規范，參與公司產品的研發設計工作，包括產品需求分析、方案設計、原型開發、測試驗證等；
According to product development process, design tools and technical standard, to participate in product research and development, including product needs analysis, solution design, prototype development, and testing, etc.
?協助進行產品需求分析，撰寫產品需求文檔；
To assist in product needs analysis and draft product requirement documents
?協助進行產品方案設計，參與設計評審和優化；
To assist in solution design and participate in design evaluation and improvement
?協助進行產品原型開發，進行功能測試和性能測試；
To assist in prototype development and conduct functional and performance testing.
?協助進行產品測試驗證，撰寫測試報告；
To assist in product testing and validation, and prepare test reports
?完成上級交辦的其他任務

任職要求:
教育水平 Education本科及以上 Bachalor degree and above
工作經驗 Experience< 2 years
專業/知識要求 Knowledge：機械制造、流體、過程控制或者材料專業
Majors in Mechanical Manufacturing, Fluid Mechanics, Process Control, or Materials Science.
技能要求Skills：對機械行業有基本認識
Have basic knowledge about manufacturing industry
能夠閱讀技術圖紙，了解機械設計原理及工藝方案
Be able to read technical drawings and understand mechanical design theory and manufacturing process
熟練使用辦公軟件
Be able to use MS tools
語言Language：英語-六級 English – Level 6
其他Others：具備良好的溝通能力，團隊合作精神和創新意識；
Good communication and presentation ability, teamwork spirit and strong sense of innovation
學習能力強，能夠主動獲取并掌握必須的知識和經驗；
Good learning agility: be able to search and get the necessary knowledge and experience.
工作積極主動，責任心強，抗壓能力強；
Willing to take responsibility and challenges; be able to manage stress
