[Position Information]: This position plays key role (BLUE system) for site moving through the PPM artwork delivery, serves as bridge to transfer all details Artwork requirement to PPM supplier. Need to have experience for artwork design/update and system. Key activities: 1、Create workflow in BLUE system, then track the workflow till new artwork effective and notify each function 2、Check Truthcopy to make sure it’s consistent with the changes 3、Work with each function to collect and complete information form 4、Contact with each PPM supplier to deliver information and correction 5、Proof copy check 6、Periodic BLUE item artwork review, create the flow to complete the process 7、Artwork related document review and correction to follow RA/QA approval then effective 8、SOP, WI update Other technical artwork issue Artwork related change control
