Responsibility:
1. 負責擴大Bufab在中國的業務范圍,開發新客戶。
Manage to Expand Bufab Business Range in China and Developing new customers.
2. 帶領團隊分析市場需求,制定正確的戰略,接近潛在客戶以實現目標。
Leading team to analyze market needs, making right strategies, approach potential customers to achieve targets.
3. 隨時負責項目管理,協調內部團隊和外部資源確保業務落地。
Responsible for project management whenever needed, coordinate internal teams and external resources to ensure business landed.
4. 與總經理合作,指導團隊朝著解決方案銷售的方向發展,提升銷售團隊的整體視野,為客戶提供附加值。
Working together with Managing Director to guide team in direction of solutionist selling and upgrade total view of sales team to provide added value to customers.
5. 從公司以及客戶雙贏的角度進行必要的客戶談判。
Conduct necessary customer negotiations from company customer Win-Win perspective。
6. 深入了解行業需求,具備商業敏銳度,懂得從指定計劃,鎖住目標到了解客戶需求,引導客戶需求以及創造性的提供客戶解決方案來執行短期,中期,以及長期的客戶開發目標和可持續的結果導向。
In-depth understanding of industry needs, business acumen, from specifying plans and locking goals to understanding customer needs, guiding customer needs and creatively providing customer solutions to execute short-term, medium-term, and long-term customer development goals and sustainable results-oriented
7. 指導銷售人員并負責關鍵銷售人員的發展,以便能夠推動卓越銷售目標。
Coach salespeople and responsible for Key salespeople development to be able to drive sales excellence target.
Education & Qualifications:
1.本科及以上學歷,商科專業優先。
Bachlor degree or above, major in business prefered.
2.5年以上B2B公司銷售經驗。
Minimum 5 year’s sales experience in B2B company.
3.熟悉C類零部件管理業務。
Knowledgable of the C-parts management business.
4.必須具有國際公司的業務開發和客戶維護經驗。
Must have experience of business development and customer maintenance towards international company.
5.善于用中英文與客戶進行溝通和談判。
Strong at presentation and negotiation with customers in both Chinese and English.
