Optimize warehouse and logistics operations in China, improve efficiency, reduce costs, control risks, ensure safety, and lead the team to achieve operational excellence, enhancing customer satisfaction through lean services.

1. Warehouse and Logistics Efficiency Improvement 倉庫和物流效率提升
· Apply lean principles and methods to analyze existing warehouse and logistics processes, identify inefficiencies, optimize process design, and improve operational efficiency.
運用精益理念和方法,分析現有倉庫和物流流程,識別浪費環節,優化流程設計,提升操作效率。
· Optimize warehouse layout and logistics routes based on business needs and product characteristics to reduce handling distances and improve space utilization.
根據業務需求和產品特性,優化倉庫布局和物流路線,減少搬運距離,提高空間利用率。
· Evaluate and introduce automation equipment and systems to enhance
warehouse and logistics automation levels.
評估和引入自動化設備和系統,提升倉庫和物流自動化水平。
· Utilize company system tools (EWMS, EASYTRACK, JEEVES, QLIK, PowerBI, etc.) to establish a data analysis system, collect and analyze warehouse and logistics operational data, identify efficiency bottlenecks, and provide data-driven decision support.
利用公司系統工具(EWMS, EASYTRACK, JEEVES, QLIK, PowerBI等)建立數據分析體系,收集和分析倉庫和物流運營數據,識別效率瓶頸,為決策提供數據支持。
2. Warehouse and Logistics Planning 倉庫和物流規劃
· Analyze warehouse and logistics demands in China based on business needs and market trends, design layouts, routes, and equipment configurations, and conduct feasibility analyses.
根據業務需求和市場趨勢分析中國區倉庫和物流需求,設計布局、路線和設備配置,并進行可行性分析。
· Plan budgets, control costs, oversee project implementation, and ensure timely and quality completion of warehouse and logistics projects.
規劃預算,控制成本,監督項目實施,確保倉庫和物流項目按時高質量完成。
· Evaluate completed projects, summarize lessons learned, and provide insights for future planning and improvements.
評估已完成項目,總結經驗教訓,為未來規劃和改進提供參考。
3. Risk Management 風險管控
· Establish a risk assessment system to identify potential risks in warehouse and logistics operations, such as supply chain disruptions, inventory loss, safety issues, and customs compliance.
建立風險評估體系,識別倉庫和物流運營中的潛在風險,如供應鏈中斷、庫存損失、安全問題、和海關合規等。
· Develop preventive measures and contingency plans for identified risks, including diversified suppliers, safety stock, training programs, data backup, and customs compliance processes.
針對識別出的風險制定預防措施和應急預案,包括多元化供應商、安全庫存、培訓計劃、數據備份和海關合規流程。
· Implement a risk monitoring mechanism to track and evaluate risks regularly, reporting changes and mitigation progress to management promptly.
建立風險監控機制,定期跟蹤和評估風險,及時向管理層匯報風險變化和應對進展。
· Continuously improve the risk management system based on actual conditions and industry best practices to enhance risk control capabilities.
根據實際情況和行業最佳實踐,持續完善風險管理體系,提升風險管控能力。
4. Team Management 團隊管理
· Build and develop an efficient warehouse and logistics team, clarify roles and responsibilities, establish performance evaluation standards, and enhance overall team capabilities.
組建和培養高效的倉庫和物流團隊,明確崗位職責,制定績效考核標準,提升團隊整體能力。
· Develop and implement employee training programs to enhance professional skills and safety awareness.
制定和實施員工培訓計劃,提升員工的專業技能和安全意識。
· Conduct regular employee performance evaluations, provide feedback and guidance, and help employees improve their performance.
定期進行員工績效評估,提供反饋和指導,幫助員工提升績效。
5. Safety & Sustainability 安全與可持續發展
· Establish and improve warehouse and logistics safety management systems, clarify safety responsibilities, and standardize safety operating procedures.
建立健全倉庫和物流安全管理制度,明確安全責任,規范安全操作流程。
· Conduct regular safety training for employees to improve safety awareness and operational skills.
定期組織員工進行安全培訓,提高員工的安全意識和操作技能。
· Perform regular safety inspections to promptly identify and eliminate potential hazards.
定期進行安全檢查,及時發現和消除安全隱患。
· Maintain and support 5S principles and initiatives to ensure a clean, safe, and efficient work environment.
維護和支持5S原則和倡議,確保工作環境整潔、安全、高效。
· Work closely with Sustainability Manager to develop and implement sustainable practices in warehouse and logistics operations, such as waste reduction programs, and eco-friendly packaging solutions.
與可持續發展經理緊密合作,制定并實施倉庫和物流運營中的可持續實踐,例如廢物減少計劃和環保包裝解決方案。
· Monitor and report on sustainability metrics, including carbon footprint, energy consumption, and recycling rates, to support the company's environmental goals.
監控并報告可持續性指標,包括碳足跡、能源消耗和回收率,以支持公司的環保目標。
6. Others 其他
· Coordinate and supervise import and export activities, including customs clearance, to ensure compliance and efficiency.
協調監督進出口事務,包括清關,確保合規高效。
· Leverage global VMI team resources to lead the development of digital VMI and related client logistics solutions in China, effectively manage implementation/operations, and continuously improve VMI data reporting and optimization.
利用全球VMI團隊資源主導中國區數字化 VMI以及其他關聯的客戶端物流解決方案的開發,有效管理實施/運營,持續改善 VMI 的數據報告和優化。
· Collaborate with other departments to improve efficiency and digitalization helping the company enhance logistics/operational capabilities.
與其他部門協調合作,共同提高效率和數字化水平,幫助公司提升物流/運營能力。
Education & Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in logistics management, supply chain management, industrial engineering, or related fields.
本科及以上學歷,物流管理、供應鏈管理、工業工程等相關專業優先。
· Minimum 5 years of warehouse and logistics management experience, with multinationalcompany experience preferred.
5年以上倉儲物流管理經驗,有跨國企業工作經驗者優先。
· Lean/6 Sigma background is preferred.
具備精益生產/六西格瑪背景者優先。
· Familiar with warehouse and logistics operations, with experience in lean production and process optimization. Familiar with import and export business.
熟悉倉庫和物流運營流程,具備精益生產和流程優化經驗,熟悉進出口業務。
· Good at data analysis with proficiency in BI tools preferred.
擅長數據分析,能熟練使用BI工具者優先。
· Proficient in office software and warehouse management systems.
熟練使用辦公軟件和倉庫管理系統。
