Responsibilities-Responsible for AP/AR management,應收、應付 -Prepare Financial statement,財務報表 -Coordinate with auditor on yearly auditing work,配合香港會計年審 -Control cost, keeping a strict record of all office expenditures and managing the budget including all required receipts, certificates and other required documents ,成本控制,費用報銷 -Organizing all necessary filing systems and documents. Check all the paper work, e.g.. Purchase order, shipping documents etc.,文件規整-Responsibility for and maintaining all supplies of stationery, electronic and IT equipment to ensure the office runs efficiently and productively,辦公用品采購 Requirements -Bachelor degree, major in Finance/Accounting.會計專業 -More than 3 years accounting experience; 3年以上經驗 -HK audit experience is preferable,有香港審計經驗為佳 -Precise to work, follow process, planning and organizing,認真,仔細 -Good command of English/Mandarin ,良好英文水平 -Good PC skills, especially ?Excel ,良好電腦操作水平 -Good communication skills, high responsibility, strong implementation capacity ,良好溝通,責任心強 -Self-motivated, team spirit,團隊精神 -Honest, reliable; flexible ,誠實可靠
