Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Web Sales Specialist to enhance our e-commerce performance, optimize the customer journey, and drive sales growth through the Lenovo Pro and Student platform. This role will focus on increasing traffic from existing users, improving conversion rates, driving acquisition from public web and ensuring the website operates smoothly. The candidate will work closely with the regional DG team, Merchandisers, and 4P teams to develop and execute strategies for improving website performance and sales. This person will be also responsible for cross selling / upselling with visual and accessories to drive the full ecosystem. Key Responsibilities: ?Sales Process Optimization: Identify and eliminate inefficiencies in the Lenovo Pro / Student online sales funnel to improve conversion rates and enhance the overall shopping experience, with a focus on both new and returning users. ?Increasing Traffic from Existing Users: oImplement strategies to increase repeat visits from existing Lenovo Pro / Student customers through personalized content, email campaigns, and targeted offers. oCollaborate with the regional DG team, Merchandisers, and 4P teams to develop targeted campaigns and promotions that drive traffic and increase conversions. oUse Quantum Metric to track returning users' behavior and optimize user journeys, ensuring that existing customers remain engaged with the platform. ?Website Performance Monitoring: Regularly monitor the performance of the Lenovo Pro / Student website using tools like Adobe Analytics and Quantum Metric to ensure fast load times, uptime, and smooth navigation, focusing on user retention. ?Site Hygiene and Security: Ensure that the Lenovo Pro / Student platform is free of technical issues like broken links and outdated content, and maintain strong security practices, including SSL certificates and security patches. ?Customer Experience and UX Optimization: Use data insights from Quantum Metric to improve the user experience for Lenovo Pro / Student customers, making the path to purchase more intuitive and personalized. ?Product Selection and Placement for Visual and Option: Manage product assortment and visibility on Lenovo.com. Work with 4Ps to select the right products for display based on customer preferences and seasonal trends. Determine product placement strategies within stores to maximize visibility and sales. ?Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Implement A/B testing for key Lenovo Pro / Student web elements to improve conversion rates, especially focusing on increasing the repeat purchase behavior of existing customers. ?Analytics and Reporting: Use Adobe Analytics and Quantum Metric to analyze Lenovo Pro / Student traffic, focusing on repeat visitors' activity, engagement, and sales patterns. Provide reports with actionable insights to improve performance. ?Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with the regional DG team, Merchandisers, and 4P teams to align Lenovo Pro / Student sales strategies and implement digital campaigns that target both new and existing users. ?Third-Party Tools and Integrations: Manage and optimize third-party integrations, such as personalization tools, to enhance the Lenovo Pro / Students platform's performance and user experience. Qualifications: ?Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, eCommerce, or a related field. ?3+ years of experience in eCommerce, digital sales, or website optimization roles, preferably within fast paced ecommerce environment. ?Proven track record of driving traffic from existing users and improving sales through personalized engagement strategies. ?Expertise with Adobe Analytics and Quantum Metric for performance monitoring and data analysis. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): ?Increase in traffic from existing Lenovo Pro & Student customers. ?Higher conversion rates and repeat purchase behavior. ?Improvement in website performance and user engagement metrics. ?Option and Visual traffic and conversion rate.
