Basic Profile ? Willing to accept long term travel (≥8.5 months/Year) ? ≥ 4 years working experience ? Good in both writing and oral English ? Familiar with quality management system, e.g. ISO9001, TS 16949 or VDA 6.1/6.3/6.5, practical experience and skills in quality system audit and process audits ? Familiar to mechanical manufacturing execution system’s development or operation ? Experience in project management is required, experience in people management is preferred ? Quality/technical experience from Apple supply chain is preferred Technical Expertise ? Professional at quality tool knowledge and application like 8D, CPK, GRR, FMEA,SPC, Dimension measurement tools and GD&T understanding is preferred ? On hands experience on problem solving using 8D/Six sigma tools ? Strong experience at mechanical manufacturing process or module machining&assembly, know key parameters of process control ? Good data analysis skill in excel, better to have experience in JMP, Mini tab, Python… Know how to use data analysis skill to support reporting Soft Skills ? Proactive and logical communication with cross functional partners including internal, vendor and other Apple team ? Conflict management ? Risk based thinking Job Description Key responsibilities will include: ? on site audit planning, execution, reporting and issues closure as leader auditor to ensure process & product in compliance with Apple requirements ? Co-work with Apple quality/technical team to drive major/critical audit issues’ investigation and implement systematic improvement solutions with vendors ? Develop and improve vendors’ MES/QMS system to enhance data integrity and compliance ? Regular vendors’ quality audit performance assessment, including audit scorecard, weakness and advantages
