基于對國際化教育市場整體態勢、區域特性、發展趨勢以及學校競爭優勢的深度洞察,全面統籌、協調并高效執行校區的市場招生工作。同時,負責市場招生團隊成員的日常培訓與能力提升,致力于實現各學段招生數量的***化,全方位提升威雅學校的品牌美譽度。在日常工作中,秉持強烈的主人翁意識,以學生為中心的理念為指引,積極主動地解決各類問題,為學校的持續發展貢獻力量,并在這一過程中實現個人能力的不斷進階。
Based on a deep understanding of the overall trends, regional characteristics, development directions, and competitive advantages of the international education market, comprehensively plan, coordinate, and efficiently execute the marketing and admissions work of the school. Additionally, responsible for the daily training and capability enhancement of the marketing and admissions team, striving to maximize student enrollment across all academic stages and elevate the brand reputation of Weiya School. In daily work, uphold a strong sense of ownership, guided by a student-centered philosophy, proactively solve various problems, contribute to the school's sustainable development, and achieve continuous personal growth in the process.
具體工作職責包括但不限于 Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:
1.戰略規劃與方案制定:依據既定招生目標,制定年度、季度及月度市場招生策略、方案與計劃,明確時間節點、預算分配以及團隊成員的清晰職責分工,確保各項工作有序推進。
Strategic Planning and Program Development: Based on established enrollment targets, develop annual, quarterly, and monthly marketing and admissions strategies, plans, and programs, clearly defining timelines, budget allocations, and team member responsibilities to ensure orderly progress of all tasks.
2.招生策略優化與執行:在實施有效的市場招生策略基礎上,緊密結合實際情況,持續優化招生轉化方案。通過校內溝通與團隊管理,有力推動招生目標的順利達成。
Admissions Strategy Optimization and Execution: Continuously optimize enrollment conversion plans based on effective marketing and admissions strategies, closely aligned with actual conditions. Through internal communication and team management, effectively drive the achievement of enrollment targets.
3.市場拓展與合作關系維護:積極探尋市場中的各類機遇,拓展多元化合作渠道,與合作伙伴建立并維持長期友好的合作關系。通過全方位的宣傳,提升威雅學校的品牌影響力,廣泛吸引優質生源。
Market Expansion and Partnership Maintenance: Actively explore various market opportunities, expand diversified cooperation channels, and establish and maintain long-term friendly relationships with partners. Enhance the brand influence of WAS through comprehensive promotion, attracting high-quality students.
4.行業洞察與決策支持:密切關注行業動態,深入分析市場現狀、行業變革以及競爭對手情況。通過多渠道與潛在家長深入交流,深度挖掘家長需求與反饋信息。根據需求為集團會議提供報告,為學校發展規劃與戰略決策提供關鍵參考依據。
Industry Insights and Decision Support: Closely monitor industry trends, deeply analyze market conditions, industry changes, and competitor situations. Engage in in-depth communication with potential parents through multiple channels to deeply understand their needs and feedback. Provide reports for group meetings and offer key reference information for school development planning and strategic decision-making.
5.品牌戰略協同與數字化營銷支持:深度協同集團全力推進品牌戰略的落地實施,與集團市場團隊保持緊密無間的合作,積極參與數字化營銷一體化戰略的執行,確保獲取符合預期的有效線索,助力品牌數字化傳播與推廣。
Brand Strategy Collaboration and Digital Marketing Support: Deeply collaborate with the group to fully implement the brand strategy. Maintain close cooperation with the group marketing team, actively participate in the execution of the integrated digital marketing strategy, ensure the acquisition of expected effective leads, and support brand digital communication and promotion.
6.自媒體與推廣渠道運營管理:全面負責校區各類自媒體及推廣渠道的運營管理工作,涵蓋微信公眾號、視頻號、小紅書、官方網站等平臺。通過優質內容創作與精準運營,提升學校口碑,吸引高意向度的潛在生源。
Self-Media and Promotion Channel Management: Fully responsible for the operation and management of various self-media and promotion channels of the school, including WeChat, Wechat Channel, Redbook, official website, etc. Enhance the school's reputation and attract highly interested potential students through high-quality content creation and precise operations.
7.CRM 系統維護與招生過程管理:確保團隊高效維護校區市場招生 CRM 系統,借助系統精準監督各渠道有效線索的轉化情況,實現對招生跟進過程的精細化管理,提升招生工作效率與質量。
CRM System Maintenance and Admissions Process Management: Ensure the team efficiently maintains the school's marketing and admissions CRM system, accurately monitor the conversion of effective leads from various channels, achieve refined management of the admissions follow-up process, and improve the efficiency and quality of admissions work.
8.教學與學籍管理系統協作:積極配合完成 iSam 教學學生管理系統以及學籍管理的相關工作,保障教學與招生工作的無縫對接,為學生提供優質服務。
Collaboration with Teaching and Xueji Management Systems: Actively cooperate to the iSam student data maintenance and the Xueji system management and providing high-quality services to students.
9.離校生管理支持:與教學部門緊密協作,帶領團隊在挽留有意向離校學生的工作中發揮積極支持作用。詳細記錄學生離校原因,并及時在 CRM 系統中更新維護,為學校改進教學與服務提供數據支持。
Support for Departing Students Management: Work closely with the teaching department to lead the team in actively supporting efforts to retain students considering leaving. Record detailed reasons for student departures and promptly update the CRM system, providing data support for school improvements in teaching and services.
10.團隊管理與成員發展:根據團隊成員的崗位職責與個人能力特點,為其設定明確、可衡量的工作目標,并制定針對性的激勵策略。在目標實現過程中,為成員提供全方位的日常支持。同時,與校長及集團保持密切溝通,為團隊成員提供豐富的培訓與發展機會,助力團隊整體成長。
Team Management and Member Development: Set clear, measurable work goals for team members based on their job responsibilities and personal capabilities, and develop targeted incentive strategies. Provide comprehensive daily support during the goal achievement process. Maintain close communication with the Head and the group, offering abundant training and development opportunities for team members to foster overall team growth.
11.團隊文化建設與融入:與校長及學校高級領導團隊密切合作,共同營造積極向上的團隊文化,顯著提高員工敬業度。帶領團隊深度融入學校大家庭,增強團隊凝聚力與歸屬感。
Team Culture Building and Integration: Work closely with the Head and senior leadership team to create a positive team culture, significantly improving employee engagement. Lead the team to deeply integrate into the school community, enhancing team cohesion and sense of belonging.
12.其他任務執行:始終以團隊目標為首要考量,按照要求完成上級領導交辦的其他各項工作任務。
Execution of Other Tasks: Always prioritize team goals and complete other tasks assigned by superiors as required.
職位要求Job Requirements:
1.學士學位及以上學歷,具備海外留學背景者優先考慮
Bachelor's degree or higher, with overseas study background preferred.
2.5年以上教育行業市場營銷相關工作經驗,以及3年以上團隊管理經驗
5+ years of marketing-related work experience in the education industry, and 3+ years of team management experience.
3.英文流利,能夠自如地進行交流。具備出色的溝通能力,善于與不同背景的人員建立良好合作關系。
Fluent in English, able to communicate effortlessly. Excellent communication skills, adept at building good relationships with people from different backgrounds.
