Responsibilities:
1. Execute purchase orders and contracts and implement specific procurement procedures;
2. Responsible for making, confirming, arranging delivery and tracking the arrival date of purchase orders;
3. Implemented and improved the cost reduction and control plan;
4. Developed, reviewed and managed suppliers and maintained relations with them;
5. Fill in relevant purchase forms and submit purchase analysis and summary reports;
6. Finish other work arranged by purchasing supervisor.
7.Knowledge of French is preferred.
Qualifications:
1. College degree or above;
2. At least 1 year's relevant working experience in relevant industries;
3. Familiar with the procurement process, good communication skills, negotiation skills and cost consciousness;
4, work carefully, strong sense of responsibility, quick thinking, strong team spirit, strong English skills preferred;
5. Good professional ethics and quality, able to work under pressure.
Note: You need to be excellent in English. Obtain the Certificate of Proficiency in English (Level 6).
