職位職責 Responsibilities 1. 根據訂單接受物料并驗收入庫； Receive parts based on the purchasing order; 2. 根據領料單發放物料； Issue parts based on the list; 3. 確保物料定點存放，標識正確； Make sure every part stored in the right position with correct label; 4. 執行每日循環盤點并將異常情況及時反饋給備件工程師； Do daily cycle counting and report to the MRO engineer when abnormal things accur; 5. 每月與備件供應商進行往來對賬； Do account checking with spare part suppliers every month; 6. 歸檔相關單據并妥善保管； Archive the related documents and keep them well; 7. 負責倉庫的5S管理； In charge of the 5S management for the MRO warehouse; 8. 完成其他備件工程師分配的工作。 Finish other work the MRO engineer assigns. 職位要求 Qualifications Requirement 1. 要求大專或以上學歷，主修物流、機械、電氣或其他相關專業優先； Technical secondary school degree or above, major in logistics, mechanical engineering, electrical science or other related subjects is preferred; 2. 能識別常用的零件及用途，并能看懂機械圖紙； Understanding of commonly used components and its purpose & mechanical drawings 3. 熟悉倉庫收發存常規作業流程； Familiar with the conventional operation procedures of warehouse; 4. 具備備品庫存管理經驗的人優先考慮，有ERP操作經驗者優先考慮； Spare parts Inventory management experience is preferred, ERP experience is preferred; 5. 熟練Excel操作； Be familiar with Excel; 6. 很好的學習能力。 Good learning ability. 安全要求 Safety Performance Requirements 1. 遵守公司的規定，個人有責任進行安全工作和安全生產； Accepts personal responsibility to plan and conduct their work safety in compliance with Cosma China policies and guidelines; 2. 在工作區域要保持良好的衛生習慣。 Responsible for good housekeeping in your area.
