Functional Responsibilities: ? Organize the shipping process and control shipments by all modes of transport, including documentation (routes: Europe-China, within China, China-Russia (Sakhalin)) ? Market research, analysis of carriers, search for new carriers ? Interaction with supply chain for determining HS codes for materials ? Liaison with customs authorities in China/Russia ? Develop optimal logistics schemes for the delivery of sanctioned goods ? Prepare labels according to the importer's country requirements and organize their application on the cargo ? Interaction with Chinese government bodies regarding logistics ? Contract management, invoicing and payment control, working with accounts receivable and payable ? Perform tasks assigned by the supervisor within the scope of job responsibilities.
