崗位職責:
-Responsibe for the administrative tasks of the department.
-Assist in the student’s scholarships, grants, and loans, including assisting in their formulation, update, assessment, and disbursement.
-Assist in managing students' campus internship programs, handling student’s disciplinary cases, updating registries, and managing student medical insurance.
-Assist in managing the services of student residences, and coordinating with other departments to continuously improve the quality of residence services.
-Assist in establishing the modules for the above functions and services in the University’s student life & resources system.
-Complete other tasks assigned by the line managers.
-負責部門行政工作。
-協助處理獎學金、助學金、助學貸款,包括協助制定、更新、評定與發放安排。
-協助處理學生的勤工助學、違紀處理、學生申訴、學生檔案更新和管理大學生醫療保險。
-協助處理學生宿舍管理,及協調其他部門持續提升宿舍管理服務質量。
-協助建設、管理,及維護上述業務在學工系統中的模塊。
-完成部門負責人安排的其他任務。
任職要求:
Educational background: Bachelor’s degree or above.
Major: Not specified in major but prefer to have relevant working experience in university student affairs and development.
Language preference: Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
Others: Proficiency in office administration software
This position requires an English interview and a written test.
最低學歷要求:本科或以上學位。
