崗位職責： 1、服從主管工作安排，按照操作標準和維護計劃，對設備進行巡檢、維修和保養，確保設備正常運行，并做好相關數據記錄。 2、能夠主導本崗位短期預防性維護計劃制定和執行，及時完成維修工作，能快速判斷并排除設備故障，不能解決的及時反饋。 3、積極參加公司相關培訓和活動，掌握安全、質量、環境與食品安全法律法規基本知識，能夠及時發現異常并處理。 4、熟悉設備操作規程，能夠獨立完成設備參數的初始化，并能夠根據不同的情形進行設備的設定和調整。 5、做好設備及工作區域的5S清潔工作，保證工作環境良好。 6、完成上級領導交代的其他工作。 任職要求： 1、學歷：大專及其以上學歷，給排水/機械/電氣相關專業優先。 2、經驗：5年以上同崗位工作經驗，熟悉基本機械、電氣原理，具備飲料行業相關崗位經驗。 3、個人技能： -持有相關操作證書者優先（如電工證等）。 -具備一定的設備故障分析、判斷、解決的能力。 -較強的責任心、執行力和學習能力。 4、其他：接受倒班工作制。 Responsibilities: 1. Obey thesupervisor's work arrangements, conduct inspections, repaires and maintenanceof equipment according to SOP and maintenance plans, ensure normal operation of the equipment and keep relevant records. 2. Be able to lead the formulation and implementation of short-term preventive maintenance plans for the position, complete the maintenance work in time, quickly judge and eliminate equipment faults, and timely feedback the unresolved probles. 3.Actively participate in the company related training and activities, master the basic knowledge of safety, quality, environment and food safety law and regulations, and be able to find and handle abnormalities timely. 4. Familar with equipment operatin procedures, eligible to initialize equipment parameters independently, set and adjust equipment according to different situations. 5. Perform 5S of equipment and work area to ensure a good working environment. 6. Complete other tasks assigned by leaders. Qulification: Education: college degree or above, major in water supply and drainage, mechanical, electrical is preferred. Work experience:5 years of the same position, familiar with basic mechanical andelectrical principles, having the experience in beverage industry is preferred. Personal skill: - Holding relevant operation certificate is preferred (such as electrician certificate). - Ability to analyze, judge and solve equipment faults. - Strong sense of responsibility, execution ability and learning ability.
