工作職責:
1. 與現有和潛在的客戶建立良好的合作關系,進行展位銷售;
2. 與行業機構、協會保持日常聯絡,協調與代理企業的合作關系,促進招商和市場工作順利開展;
3. 協助項目經理進行展前、展中和展后的現場運作和協調;
4. 協助處理日常事務,如客戶的開票、系統操作等;
崗位要求:
1. 本科學歷,會展專業優先考慮,擁有2年或以上展會或展會銷售工作經驗;
2. 性格獨立,有較強的銷售意識和技巧,能夠獨立完成銷售任務;
3. 具備良好的組織能力、溝通能力,有較強的團隊合作意識;
4. 能用英文作口語和書面表達,熟練各種辦公軟件;
5. 經驗稍遜者,可以申請由項目助理職位做起。
晉升方向:
項目助理—展會專員—銷售經理—項目經理
Responsibilities:
1. Establish and maintain good relationship with existing and potential customers.
2. Coordinate with associations by providing update show information to ensure smooth execution sales and marketing activities.
3. Compiling market information to support the management in sales and marketing planning.
4. Prefer administrative duty including issue invoice, confirmation letter of booth allocation, etc.
Requirements:
1. Degree holder with at least 2 years working experience in exhibition, servicing industry or related discipline, with working experience in sales is an advantage
2. Independent, mature, aggressive, sales-oriented, self-motivated, able to work under pressure
3. Good organizational skill, interpersonal skill, communication skill and negotiation skill, strong sense of responsibilities, a good team player is a must.
4. Good command in spoken and written English, good knowledge in MS word, excel, PowerPoint.
5. Less experienced can by apply for team assistant.
