Key Responsibilities: 1.Production Management； ?Oversee daily operations of the injection molding and FATP departments to ensure production targets are met. ?Develop and implement production schedules, ensuring optimal use of resources and minimizing downtime. ?Monitor production performance and implement corrective actions as needed to maintain efficiency and quality. 2.Team Leadership & Development； ?Lead, mentor, and develop a team of production supervisors, technicians, and operators. ?Ensure a high level of employee engagement, provide training opportunities, and promote a safe and productive work environment. ?Foster a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement. 3.Process Optimization & Continuous Improvement； ?Identify areas for process improvement and implement lean manufacturing techniques to reduce waste, improve cycle times, and increase throughput. ?Work closely with the quality assurance team to ensure products meet required standards and specifications. ?Lead root cause analysis and problem-solving efforts to address production inefficiencies or quality concerns. 4.Inventory & Resource Management； ?Monitor material and supply inventory levels to ensure adequate stock for production without overstocking. ?Collaborate with procurement to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and components for manufacturing. 5.Health, Safety & Compliance； ?Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards. ?Promote a safe working environment and conduct regular safety audits and training programs. 6.Cross-Department Collaboration； ?Work closely with engineering, quality, and maintenance teams to ensure seamless coordination between production processes. ?Participate in customer meetings, if necessary, to address production-related issues or improvements. Job Requirements: 1.Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)； 2.15-20 years of experience in manufacturing operations, 5 years in a leadership or managerial role within the plastic injection molding industry； 3.Strong knowledge of plastic injection molding technologies, equipment, and Assembly manufacturing processes of Electronic products； 4.Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies； 5.Strong leadership and team management abilities； 6.Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to make data-driven decisions； 7.Effective communication skills, both verbal and written； 8.In-depth knowledge of production planning, scheduling, and inventory management systems.
