【職位描述】 What this job involves: Objective: JLL APAC Research is seeking a Research Analyst to join the JBS Dalian team to proactively maintain and enrich proprietary property;company and transaction commercial real estate data in our Research databases. The successful candidate will work with the Asia Research Data Operations team to help manage the quarterly production cycle for the Real Estate Intelligence Service (REIS). Specific responsibilities include monitoring data quality;managing data flows between various Research applications and working with regional and local teams to reconcile discrepancies in REIS data. In addition;the analyst will work closely with all levels of Research from management to local analysts and members of the Global Data Hub to carry out regular and ad hoc data initiatives. Duties and Responsibilities -Prepare Excel templates for local Research teams to input and submit commercial real estate data -Review local team submissions and query the data -Develop and maintain scripts in Python to automate data validation and data flows -Leverage data quality dashboards to proactively screen data and address inaccurate and incomplete data;escalating issues to the regional head of data operations as needed -Participate in ad hoc data management projects as and when required Other required tasks may include -Numeracy;ability to interpret data and understand relationships between indicators -Advanced Excel skills including writing and editing complex formulas with nested functions;e.g.;Index Match -Experience with Python;familiar with loading data to an integrated development environment (IDE);e.g.;Pandas;Jupyter Notebook;manipulating that data and exporting it to Excel files -Experience working with relational databases (e.g.;MySQL;PostgreSQL;SQL Server). Ability to write efficient and optimized SQL queries Key skills -Strong oral and written English communication skills -Strong organizational and interpersonal communication skills -Flexibility/Adaptability: Readiness to change;receptive to new ideas -Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and effectively handling and prioritizing stakeholder requests -Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel -Proficiency in writing and maintaining Python scripts -Strong knowledge of SQL;including advanced querying techniques -Persistent in efforts;practice care and caution when completing work -Able to provide solutions and strategies for stakeholder needs and concerns Employee Specification -Graduation (B.A.;BBA;B.Com) with equivalent work experience in data research/analytics related profile -A minimum of 2-3 year’s experience managing large datasets with an eye for data accuracy and working towards tight deadlines to deliver data;ideally via custom-built applications; Experience with real estate data a plus -Strong attention to detail and good organizational;interpersonal skills required
