Experience in UX projects covering the whole user-centered-design life cycle from user research through design to validation. ? +3 years work experience in interaction design ? +1 years work experience in visual design ? Strong visual design capability ? Ability to think creatively about problems and challenge existing norms of design ? Deep understanding of product life-cycle and ability to work with product management and development teams in a highly iterative fashion ? Hands-on experience with tools such as Figma, Photoshop etc. ? Bachelor’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Media, (Industrial) Design or Psychology is required. A degree in computer science or business administration is beneficial ? Strong verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills ? Domain knowledge in enterprise systems is beneficial ? Proven ability to interact and collaborate with multi-functional teams ?
