職位描述： 1.Daily report/Dash board/Ok2ship /Ok2build 報告的整理與發出; Buy off the Daily report/Dash board/Ok2ship /Ok2build report； 2.制定和優化組裝流程，撰寫作業指導書; Develop and optimize assembly process, write work instruction(WI) 3.CPP/QCP/DFM/流程單的確認; Verify the CPP/QCP/DFM/traveler; 4.客戶DOE測試，負責對接客戶并討論具體測試方案; Be responsible for customer DOE plan preparation; 5.Post mortem報告的準備及演講; Prepare post mortem report; 6.客戶的對接窗口，傳達客戶的信息，并轉化為內部要求和文件; Customer contact window, pass customer information to internal team and transfer customer file to internal document; 7.制程變更的窗口，對于制程變更進行評估并導入量產; Process change evaluation window and apply to MP; 8.項目改善的橫向展開，確保改善措施落實到所有項目中; Improvement cross check and ensure all the actions are implemented for all programs; 9.產品相關的投資預算匯總整理； Program budget summary. 10.匯報給上級經理并完成經理分配的任務. Report to superior manager and finish the task assigned by manager 職位要求： 1.本科及以上學歷; College degree or above； 2.有英文讀寫能力; Reading and Writing English; 3.掌握SMT組裝工藝和FPC工藝規范; Master SMT assembly process and FPC process rule; 4.掌握FPCA工藝設計規范，; Master FPCA process design rule; 5.掌握并使用DOE; Master and use DOE; 8.質量改善流程與數據分析方法(如QC七大手法,DFMEA 、PFMEA、CP、QCC、6Sigma等); Quality improvement process and data analysis method (such as seven QC methods,DFMEA, PFMEA, CP, QCC, 6Sigma, etc.) 9.掌握 FMEA, Control Plan; Master FMEA,Control Plan; 10.了解6西格瑪，精益生產; Understand 6 sigan production; 11.熟悉SPC,MSA等統計控制方法; Familiar with SPC,MSA and other statistical control methods; 12.了解ISO 9000, TS16949, ISO 14000,QC080000; Understand ISO 9000, TS16949, ISO 14000,QC080000; 13.SMT相關工作經驗5年以上. At least 5 years related experience with SMT.
