Objectives &Keys Tasks 1、Analyze China and South Asia market needs and consolidate global market needs based on global teams’ inputs, for the relevant customer groups, focusing on semi pro and entry price range 2、Benchmark relevant competitors especially from China and consolidate information with other competitors, globally 3、Prepare overall business case (volume / value at stakes), ensure accretive standard margin with strong cost supervision and monitor P&L 4、Creation of requirements for new relevant products, coordination with R&D, quality assurance, technical support, service and sales 5、Product development: lead through NPD process such as hardware/software features’ development and assemblies 6、Definition of existing and implementation of new processes as well as the corresponding training of employees (at different locations) 7、Documentation of operating instructions and technical documents 8、Handling of small projects and special productions 9、Master data management in SAP / relevant ERP 10、Lifecycle management and maintenance of existing product range Education & Qualifications 1、Degree in engineering (or business administration) with a focus on management or industrial engineering Bachelor or better Master degree 2、Professional experience in the field of product management of at least 5 years 3、Technical understanding or previous technical training 4、Conceptual thinking, cost/benefit orientation, solution orientation 5、Organisational and market orientation 6、Qbility to work under pressure 7、Strong implementation skills 8、Good knowledge of English
