1) Responsible for ensuring the platform/function quality of RSE testing activities, including testing plan, creating and maintaining test cases, conducting test cases and other regular test, include but not limited to Free Test/Regression Test/Verification Test/Check Back Test/Validation Test on test bench or test car, and providing test result to reflect function quality 2) Guarantee effective test activity coordination and communication for responsible functional area 3) Ensure testing quality and on schedule outputs 4) Short information flow through one central contact person for reporting on current set of known errors and about testing progress in scope of functional responsibility 5) Enhance workload and responsibilities within the test team 6) Pursue executing escalation mechanisms for identified project problems 崗位描述： 1、負責確保RSE測試活動的平臺/功能質量，包括測試計劃，創建和維護測試用例，執行測試用例等日常工作，測試，包括但不限于自由測試/回歸測試/驗證測試/回檢測試/驗證測試，并提供測試結果以反映功能質量； 2、保證負責職能區域內測試活動的有效協調和溝通； 3、確保測試質量和按期輸出； 4、通過中心聯系人報告當前已知錯誤和職能職責范圍內的測試進度的簡短信息文檔，增加測試團隊的工作量和職責； 5、針對已確定的項目問題，跟進并執行升級機制； Education： o Bachelor degree or above in industrial, automotive, electrical, computer science engineering Working experience: o 3+ years testing related working experience, 1 years in Automotive industry is a plus o Familiar with Infotainment system o Familiar with Testing Process and Bug Reporting System Personal skills: o Strong verbal and written communication skills in Chinese and English o Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams o Willingness to learn o Detail orientation o Openness (especially to intercultural differences) 教育背景： 本科及以上學歷，工業、汽車、電氣、計算機科學工程專業； 工作經驗： 3年以上測試相關工作經驗，1年汽車行業工作經驗優先； 熟悉信息娛樂系統； 熟悉測試流程和Bug報告系統； 個人技能: 良好的中英文口頭和書面溝通能力； 具備與跨職能團隊合作的能力； 樂于主動學習； 注重細節； 開放性（尤其是對跨文化差異的開放性）；
