崗位職責Qualification description: I. SUMMARY概述 Take a leading role in logistics, planning, warehousing, Customs and transportation etc.. to ensure On Time Delivery to the customers. Take the responsibility of overall budget control of logistics costs to meet the company’s target. 領導物流、計劃、海關、運輸，倉儲等相關工作，最終確保產品交付；控制物流 費用和成本，達成公司既定的目標。 II. Major Responsibilities 主要職責： a) Develop logistics related rules, policies and procedures. Make plan and manage logistics, warehouse, and transportation. 制定物流相關制度、程序和工作流程；規劃和管理物流、倉儲和運輸。 b) Manage and control the plan of material and production, release related reports on a timely basis. 管理和控制物料和生產計劃，定期發布相關報告。 c) Coordinate SIOP and supervise master production schedule based on firmed orders and forecast from sales to ensure OTD to the customers. 基于銷售訂單和預測，確定主生產排程，確保產品交付。 d) Responsible for planning and coordinating the logistics / distribution, including order processing, inventory control, warehousing, inland transportation, cargo tracking. 負責物流和配送的規劃和協調，包括訂單處理、庫存控制、倉儲、內陸運輸、貨物跟蹤。 e) Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure cooperation of warehouse activities with other functions, such as production, sales. 與相關部門協調，確保倉庫活動與生產、銷售等職能部門工作的銜接。 f) Minimize inventory levels throughout the supply chain by applying Just-In-Time methodologies. 通過應用準時化方法最小化整個供應鏈中的庫存水平。 g) Manage import and export issues and keep a constructive relationship with local customs office. 管理進出口事宜，與當地海關保持良好關系。 h) Eliminate waste and inefficiencies and integrate the activities in the logistics. 消除浪費和低效率，整合物流活動。 i) Fulfill other tasks assigned by superior except for the above mentioned duties. 除上述職責外，還應完成上級領導安排的其他工作任務。 III. QUALIFICATIONS 資格： a) Bachelor’s degree and above – Major in Logistics or Mechanical / Engineering. 本科及以上學歷，物流或機械/工程等相關專業； b) Min. 5 years working experiences in Logistics and 3 years in similar position of a manufacturing environment (automotive) ； 5年以上物流工作經驗，3年以上制造業（汽車）工作經驗； c) Fluent English in written and oral. 英語聽說讀寫流利。
